Day Four: Computer Troubleshooting for Librarians

October 22, 2015

The session introduced participants to techniques of solving common problems one may encounter in using a computer. This involved an introduction to components of a computer and common problems that users experience. Participants were also introduced to IT Essentials Virtual Desktop application which demonstrates computer parts.

LATINA course is a mixture of presentations and production activities. Participants are expected to work on certain projects and share the ideas on the last day which is tomorrow Friday 23rd October 2015. We wish them the best!
